Maybe there is some truth to the saying.
But it also helps to have an administration committed to change. And President Obama has put fixing our broken immigration system on his “to do list” for this year.
The New York Times is reporting this morning that the major labor federations, the AFL-CIO and Change to Win, are coming together to support an overhaul of our badly broken immigration system. Their agreement is a marked change from the last go around, where they did not agree on a fix. http://tinyurl.com/cfo8wa
